Before The Music Dies

this is a documentary about how today's music industry is fucked up! there are a lot of big names in this movie and they give insight on how the record company used to be compared to now. Now at some point i felt like it was a bunch of old timers juss complaing about how its not the same as in their day. TRUE. but they did have some very good point. Stevie Wonder would NEVER make it in todays market. its undisputed that hes one in a million but for the sole purpose that hes blind the media would look down @ it and never be a pop act. In a way i like it that the record industries are in a state of choas. Its making people wake up and realize that shit is fucked up and forcing people to come up with new and inovative ways to be seen and heard. blogs like these dont hurt either! im not a muscian by any means, i dont even think i can hold a tune. but i am a music lover and i watch and study the pop culture of music, mainly hip hop and how its pretty much a circus. so if ya wanna check out a movie on people and muscians of all kinds trying to figure out a way to change. this is for you!
