R.I.P Party Arty

Since ive basically juss started this blog, i never got so mention the passing of a m.c. that i thought was dope. First time i heard Party Arty was on the track "Da Graveyard" off of Big L's first album Life stylez of da poor and dangerous. He had some SERIOUS competion on that track wich consisted of Big L, Lord Finnesse, Microphone Nut a then relitivtly unknown rapper Jay-z and Y.U
The thing that i first noticed bout Party Arty was his gruff voice. When i used to check for Fat Joe back in the day i would always hear him and Arty shoutin out the crew "Ghetto dwellas" i never did hear his partner D-flow as much as Arty, maybe cause his voice stuck out. When i heard he passed i thought of the D.I.T.C crew. So in short, heres to you Party Arty. You will be missed.

Heres the 1st time i heard Party Arty. For those who know, this track is solid.



But not to let him go with out blessin ya with this gem. I have no idea what sample was used in this track but hot damn its smooth.
